Boiko & Osimani, P.C. is a boutique real estate law firm that concentrates on title curative and closing for lenders, servicers, private investors and homeowners. COMPANY HISTORY

Since the firm began in August of 2000, our main concentration has been resolving liabilities on title that would increase the seller’s bottom line. We are able to take an objective approach, as we are not a foreclosure firm or simply a title company. We have the ability to step back and resolve potential title liabilities that a title company will not insure or a foreclosure firm might try to resolve by re-foreclosing. In 2002, several large bank and servicing clients asked if we could help them with other problem states, and through title companies and attorney affiliations, we have expanded the title curative resolution into all 50 states through In Rem REO Services, Inc., inremreo.com, which is a minority-owned and operated company.
